THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT VITALITY INTEGRATORS!

Opened a Discovery Life policy because of the great integrators that promise to benefit the policyholder, particularly the Vitality Integrator. A year later I am told that I don't benefit from the vitality integrator benefit because I am a B2 risk (Instead of A1 risk)... when I asked the consultant on the phone what A1 or B2 risk means, or if I could change it... the consultant had NO IDEA... then checked my policy document again and under "Vitality member" it says NO... the Discovery Life consultant says they can't get any info from Vitality for my health checks either!!!

THESE POLICIES ARE SO COMPLICATED THAT THEIR OWN STAFF DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
