they don't deliver what they promise you

I just want to say thank you to the consultant Monde who go out of his way every time been assisted by him. However, discovery service is bad, i have been struggling with my claim for about 2 months with nou payout. I have been calling them on a daily basis regarding my claim with no positive response" still waiting for doctor's feedback. My question is for how long must i wait for a doctor to give you feedback while my family is struggling. I was promised when taking out the policy that i will received payout with in 24h. I will never recommend discovery, because they don't deliver what they promise you. They always promise to give you feedback, but they never phone or mail you with feedback.
