The most senior of Discovery Life team

I'm Feb of 2014 I submitted 2 claims !! <br> 1) for the Category C disability cover payable every 4 months as well as a second claim for the ICB / income protection claim while my doctors booked me off with a very comprehensive Detailed 5 page letter as to why I needed Temp Disability !! <br> I even outbofbthengood will said to Discovery Life after 12 years of 12 years of premiums !!! Refund my premiums and we part ways like gentleman !!!! <br> It's now been a staggering 23 months and every second week there's a new story or new document instead of saying Yea , No or let the Ombudsman decides as 23 months I can no longer put food on my table !!! And This is why I Had taken the Protectors as well as disability in the first place !!!<br> I do not know who more to appeal to besides the ombudsman and I don't have food on my table for my 2 year old Child !!!!! <br> The turn around time is 3/5 days , Mine has been 23 months ..... It is a sizable claim ! But I do not have the option anymore as of Feb 2016 to pay as you can imagine no income NO MONEY to pay the premiums !!!!! I asked for the premiums for this disability to be blocked and they were NOT remotely interested !!! I pray everyday !!!!
