It's my first time applying for such a monumental investment for my family, I know it much not be much for some but I've see many perish without it and the disadvantage the family gets left behind with is tragic in my own opinion.

I decided to enquire for a call back on the discovery Website and I promise I am not exaggerating 🤞 but within the hour I received a call from a Professional and clearly well trained representative.

She knew her business and was ready for any questions I had, I also commend her flexible linguistics skills as she remained Professional but yet was also relatable (Her ability to maintain the company's quality expectations and yet come down to the customers level at the same time is a skill not many have).

In conclusion I heard when the lady told me she has been working for the company for a fare amount of time, I just hope this review is the review that will get her resilience recognised and shared with the rest of staff, I thank you for welcoming me into Discovery Life with such prestige service.
