Terrible Service, will not recommend

I have experienced the worst service from Discovery! I was told there was a 24 hours activation, it is now a week since then. No follow ups or feedback from Discovery. I call twice today only to be placed on hold for more than 10 minutes whilst the agent "checks". The line disconnect and i have to call back cos no one bothers to call me back. I call back repeat my query, get placed on hold for the " check" wait another 10mins n line disconnected. Again no one bothers to call back. Is this your brand Discovery??? Do you have so many clients that service delivery has gone out the window??
