Terrible service from doscovery

Iv never experienced such bad *********** service in my life..scrupulous behaviour and lies from discovery life and its still on going!!

Over 4 months ago i could no longer afford to have my life insurance with vitality...after consideration i decided to bring my premium down to an amount i could afford of 440 rand instead of the 680 i was paying. After scanning and subbmiting every document i needed to to cancel my vitality they refused to except my vitality canceletion which i sent numerous times! I was told by every manager on the phone its done and will be sorted befor end day which never happened. On my agreement my account was to be debited on the 1st of every month yet it was debited at random..25th 3rd you name it..and double debited at times which is ***** against me! Now remember i wanted to keep my life insurance instead of canceling the hole plan to make it more affordable for me by just getting vitality taken off but they just never did and messed me around so much i wanted to cancel the hole thing. From there i asked what i needed to do to cancel my life plan...i was sent documents to sign and a told to write a cancellation letter..i did everything that was asked of me but once again nothing happened. I called them and told my hole story which i did over 10x and was once again promised its been canceled and all is sorted yet you guessed it nothing happened..by this point i was having sleepless nights worrying when id get money taken off my account at will whenever they felt like it. I was told my letter was unclear n must be semt again. I scanned mailed you name it...i even asked if i could hand deliver the thing just to cancel it. No one was interested and no one cared! I was told to open a case of ***** at the police station by this point. My 70 year old father had a life insurance policy and he missed one payment and it was cancelled with immediate effect whcih makes me think they pick and choose who they want to ****. Every month i get mails saying i own them money and they want payment...every month i have to go into the bank and reverse the debit order it seems to be just never ending with them..even the people assisting me at the bank told me there are numerous people reversing discovery debit orders taken with out there concent. I will not let them abuse me no matter how big they are in the industry.
