Terrible service from Discovery consultants

Terrible service from Discovery consultants :( I have received a call from Carol Dlamini around July to book an appointment with Shantal Naidoo to talk about Discovery products. I had a meeting with Shantal on 16 July 2018 and we have confirmed that I have an active Life Cover therefore I asked for Retirement Annuity. I was promised to receive a call from Carol to confirm all the information and personal documents however I did not receive an call till I had to reach out to them. On the 19th September, I have sent an email to Carol, she then rep**** to on the 20th to inform me that I have been registered for Life Cover of which I did not even received any call or acceptance letter from them. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails; Can this be sorted out urgently as I am getting debited for something I did not ask/register for?
