Terrible service

Firstly I cannot contact my financial planner(the number provided by discovery is not working),secondly contacting discovery call centre where I was holding forever did not seem to work as my call will just be cut before I speak to a consultant,thirdly I received an email that confirmed the changes I made regarding the debit order date but still no money was taken on the day we agreed meaning right now I am not covered,if I die today all the premiums I have been paying discovery down the drain.I am so upset that big insurance companies bully people like this and end up not paying out even though it is their fault.
