Terrible service
Good day... please dont change to them. I am fighting to live and no one cares!
You are a joke! What is urgent your life is taken for granted. 3 to 5 day claim is sitting on 3 to 4 weeks already. They dont take your calls, they leave you holding foe hours and you must accept everything. Complaints logged, emails sent and guess what .... NOTHING... YOU MUST JUST ACCEPT IT....
So disgusted. Wish I never left outsurance.
