Terrible service

Taking out my life policy with discovery. Has been the worst decision I've ever done. NOBODY WILL HELP YOU UNLESS YOU REMEMBER YOUR CONSULTANTS NAME. They promise to call you back. Never send you documents after asking. Yet to receive my schedule . After canceling and having a consultant promise to get a manager call me. I am yet to recieve this. I want my policy cancelled immediately before anything goes off my account.
