Temporary Disability

I have an life policy with DL which I am told has all the bells and whistles and should cover most or all my medical and financial needs, yet when I submit a claim to DL I have got to fight before I can get a response. In case I didn't make it clear when I submitted my severe illness claim, I will not be running around to obtain information for DL.Two weeks ago my Dr submitted a letter to DL stating my medical situation and the treatment I required.Last week I was then asked for more information, which I supp****. Today I received another email requesting more information. I am recovering from tkr surgery as well as undergoing knee manipulation surgery last week. I need to undergo PHYSIO therapy as well biokinetics (clearly stated in letter)so that able to walk upright again. These are very expensive treatments therefore I require my policy benefits to cover my medical treatments.My medical aid is almost exhausted and I need the treatment a.s.a.p so that my temporary situation does not become permanent. Can someone pick the phone and communicate with my Dr and not ask for information already supp****.If this is the best service DL can offer please stick to medical aid. <br>
