Talk about a death cover 🙄

I joined the discovery Life portfolio a month ago , I still haven’t received any kind of confirmation nor paperwork that confirms this fact but the debit order is flying monthly. I joined vitality as well and I am not getting the benefit of the things I pay for . I don’t even know my policy number nothing .
