Switching Payback integrator from health to vitality not possible as stated

<p>I have recently moved my family's Health policy away from Discovery and due to my life payback integrator linked to the life policy (For me and my wife) am trying to swith the life payback intgrator to Vitality. Due to me and my wife having seperate life policies (as adviced by discovery years ago) they cant both be linked to the same vitality policy (through the vitality payback integrator) to not loose the payback allready accumulated. The only solution given by the advisor now taking out another vitality policy for my wife at the cost of R219. Surely Discovery with all your complex systems you can make this one work? I just need both me and my wife's life Payback integrators to be linked to one Vitality Policy</p>
