Stop harassing me! DO BETTER!

You need to STOP harassing me with these 30 day arrears emails that I get thrice a week! I have sent POP for the full 2024 year and yet you persist! I have REPEATEDLY asked which month is outstanding and you won’t answer. I pay each month and send PoP! I have also told you to STOP sending me encrypted emails as I can’t read them! I have emailed your complaints team repeatedly and like you they ignore me. Now what must happen?
