Still waiting for discovery to arrange for my medicals

<p>My wife and i recently took out life cover with discovery and we thought we have piece of mind and now we think that it may have been a wrong decision.Since taking up this policy we have been trying to get discovery to arrange for their nurse to do our medicals we have called in and have been promised many times that a nurse will contact us immediately....to date this has not happened.On the 22/05/2017 at about 09:00 i received a call from discovery i told them yet again nobody contacted us to arrange medicals i was promised that a nurse will contact me immediately,i waited and no call.Promises mean nothing to discovery and my wife and i are now thinking of cancelling this policy before it even started...Discovery life really gives bad service my previous life insurer was very organised and valued their customers. DONT MAKE A MISTAKE OF JOINING THIS COMPANY WHO DONT VALUE PROMISES!</p>
