Still taking debit orders AFTER my CANCELLATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Between Discovery life, and Phakama someone ONCE AGAIN did not do their work. I have asked to cancel my funeral cover with you and I received a cancellation letter on the 7th of November. BUT Discovery life/PHAKAMA still took their debit order over the weekend and this AFTER the services has been cancelled because I REFUSE to have my policy with the *********** Phakama administration services. I WANT A FULL REFUND OF WHAT I HAVE PAID SO FAR, INCLUDING MY BANK CHARGES. AND I WANT NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH DISCOVERY LIFE OR PHAKAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
