Still NO feedback from 3 October
This is the second complaint with regards to both mine and my husbands life policies with no feedback. First complaint was 3 October.
We have received about 5 mails saying that the complaint is with the forensic team and we will be called for interview. Never happened.
Now we received messages regarding refunds to us with no investigation outcome or any feedback.
We want feedback regardless of refunds.
Discovery brokers should be help accountable.
