still debiting my account after 7 months

Cancelled policy in July 2014 but Im still being debited. Went to discovery in century city and was told by the receptionist that its not their problem I must call the call centre. Spoke to the team leader and he promised to get email correspondence to me asap and NOTHING!!! They are quick to debit but cant help you when they need to give your money back. Policy hasn't been cancelled from their side and I accepted they made a mistake...but geeez I need them to stop debiting me and cancel the policy...Don't know what to do anymore. I'm leaving the country in a week, I need this sorted asap but no one seems to be able to cancel the policy and give my money back.
