still debited after cancellation pay back my bank fees

I got discovery life but due unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel I cancelled with in the 1st 7 days of getting policy so basically in the cool down period I got debited now 2018/11/27 after I canceled and there was no funds in my account so now there is bank fee charges because discovery didn't cancel the policy I want my bank fees paid back to me as this not my problem you are not doing your jobs by canceling like you should
