*****ing my money

<p>Please tell me why i get penalized for your negligence ? You have a broker that falsified my signature and i can not cansel a damn thing. He gets fired and 10 months later i am still paying for a product that i canceled. How does this work. No investigator contacted me and still im paying.<br />Previous investigators Could not cancel it for me. <br />How is this possible. Even after i ask for help. <br />The lady told me other people open accounts on my name without my consent. <br /> <br />This is more than 40 000 rand in total!</p>
