After 6 months of trying to resolve my billing problem after an error that was made by my financial advisor, my problem is still not solved and I am still getting billed higher than agreed to debit orders. Everytime wen I speak to the very same financial advisor, I get all of sorts of promises by email and WhatsApp to have the matter sorted out and my money refunded to me but nothing gets done. I am actually tired of making calls, sending emails and WhatsApp messages because the whole thing is going nowhere, I've decided I am actually going to cancel everything I have with this ***** company.
