Stay away, no support even when I am still alive !!!

I have been struggling to 2 really simple queries resolved from the First of February 2021. A lady by the name of Tatum Green is supposedly working on the one query but she fails to respond to my emails. The other has been escalated to Catherine Poggenpoel (Claims Manager) but my emails are also being ignored. Truly frustrating to have to deal with Discovery Life even while I am alive, I shudder to think what will happen in the event of my death and my wife has to deal with their incompetency !!!!
