Shocking experience !!!!!!!

good day , i have called to cancel Vitality since its a waste of my hard earned money and i was transferred three times before i got to Michaela who is really a disgrace , i told her to cancel with immediate effect and she did not want to listen she kept on saying it will be done in March , i tried explaining that it will not happen in March but immediately and when i told i will reverse my vitality premium she threatened me that my life cover that i have been paying for over 10 years will lapse ,
