Servicing Quote request inconsistancies
19 Aug 13H10-13h20Why is it that when I request a servicing quotation the service centre staff refuse to assist me and refer me to a branch where I do not even know who my service consultant is? The Agent Wesley kept me hanging on the line for over 5 minutes whilst he \asked his supervisor."Then once I had explained the situation and requested the name of his supervisor who refused to assist me"
