I want to write a review about Discovery Insure. I was shopping around for Life Cover and was comparing prices from different companies. However the consultant from Discovery contacted me and explained the quote. I did ask her to send me the above quote to view via email which sometimes you don't understand the full content over the phone. Few hours went pass and no email. I reapp**** for another consultant to connect me, which did and I explained I needed a quote. I did make mention that her colleague promised to email me documents, but never send them m I assumed the first consultant may have got my email address wrong so I gave it tho her again to check and resend me the quote. Waited whole day, still nothing. As a client needing the services from a Company like Discovery Insure makes me feel that the Company staff has no intention of bringing in business. Two consultants and still no quotation. I might be one in number, but you definitely lost my business. *********** staff. I was actually going to take Life Cover with Discovery Insure, but after this services a big No. Terribly disappointed with the type of service . I will definitely pass the terrible service to family and friends of mine.
