Satisfactory customer service

I would like to thank Discovery for attending to my application with urgency. Hopefully in future the consultant can be more proactive in assisting customers when quotation has been made to follow up and advise customers on status of application. Overall thank you that my query was resolved and I was able to get the benefit required.
