Rude Discovery lady who called me

Good day Discovery,

Please assist - I was not sure who to refer this complaint to, I received a call to day from a lady who called herself Mishka - she advised that she was calling from Discovery and wanted to set up a meeting to look at my financial portfolio - during the call she kept calling me "sweetheart" - I advised her that i am in a meeting and could not attend her call and also please can she refer to me by my first name and not call me "sweetheart" she proceeded on to call me "rude *****" and hung up the phone - I sent an SMS to the number (print screen of SMS available unable to download here) stating that I don't understand her response as I believe I was not rude in my response adding that I would report her for her conduct, she then started calling and swearing at me calling me names such as "*****" **** you" which really left me confused as I did not really understand the response. On the fifth call I have subsequently blocked her number from my phone - my worry is that this person, through discovery has access to my personal information which totally freaks me out. Your urgent assistance with following up and tracking this lady with the hope of securing an apology because this conduct is really unappreciated.
