RUDE AGENT

I made an online quotation for a life cover, Shortly after that I recieved a call from n agent and I requested that they call me back at a specific time. I never got a call back. The next day I got another call and again I requested that they call me a different time,the same thing happened again. Today at 14:12 pm I get another call from a guy named Tim(Timothy) and I requested that he calls me back after 30 minutes because I was in the middle of something. At 14:53 He calls back , he was very disinterested, spoke like he is sleepy and he sounded very bored so I hung up (I am at work and I will not take time out of my precious schedule to speak with someone who is not interested) He calls back and say s why did you hung up and I respectfully tell him that he sounded bored and disinterested then he yelled over me (while I was still speaking) and said this is how I speak mam, what premium would you like to pay?

I found this very disrespectful because of your agent(s) @Discovery I will be taking my business else where clearly you don't need it.
