Rude advisor

About 2 months ago one of the call center advisers from Discovery contacted me for a quote on life insurance. After many calls and attempts to get the written quote before accepting anything I finally received it. I compared it to what I currently have and it was more expensive, with less cover and same benefits as I have now, therefore I declined. (Quick background)

I just now received a call from a call center adviser again - unfortunately I am not sure what her name is, but it was a female. I gave her time to speak, but as soon as I realized she was once again phoning me with regards to Discovery's life insurance I stopped her and told her that I am not interested as I have received a quote 2 months ago and it was not worth it for me to move over. Without a word she just cut the call on me!

How rude! I understand that you might not be happy that I am not interested, but there is no excuse for bad manners! Guess I will not be moving over to life insurance anytime. Imagine them putting the phone down on my loved ones or having excuses to send through documents when they are in need? No thank you
