Refund My money

I was promised a refund 3 months ago for money they took from my account on top of my policy money and they can't tell me for what it is so they decided I must get a refund but still waiting for it 3 months later my laywers contact them 2 months ago and the manager said he knows about the refund but now they change their story and says they busy with investigation which they've done 3months ago very *********** because it's my money R150 since start of 2018, asking myself what's gona happen if something really bad happens will I be struggling like this as well really disappointing services from Discovery.
