Rayhela Jansen, service par excellence

Rayhela Janson contacted me about some issue on my policy. When she couldn’t provide answers to my query, I wanted the relevant department to call me after two weeks. When a call didn’t come through, I asked her about it, where upon she showed me the email she sent the servicing department requesting them to call. Not only that, she then offered to call me and transfer the call to that department, which she did on the next convenient opportunity.

The call was transferred to Nonkululeko Khumalo, who was very professional and patient I must say. It’s Rayhela’s commitment to customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile that stands out. Keep it up!
