I app**** for life cover in May 2021, Thato Kgwetiane did send the required forms to be filled. I had the forms filled together with other documents send back. But since the 13/ July// 2021 Thato told me the application was on Odette Whittle- Barberis table waiting for approval or decline. Please Odette make your decision already, so as I can plan accordingly
