Provident fund

I write with a sad heart as i have not yet gotten response for my provident fund, i have done the whatsapp process and printed and submitted my application as well and only a automatic response.

I have medical aid and bank with discovery bank but this doesn't even make any sense of agency on your side.

Its now 2 months and i haven't seen any funds even thou your automated response states 6 weeks turn around time .

I regret banking and taking medical aid at this point and time.
