Profident fund

I am sad to say this however ,Discovery has terrible service ,its well over 15 days ,i have been waiting for finality on my provident fund and i have received no finality or contact ,you claim to have a professional team however you don't take your African members seriously ,my studies have to be put on hold simply because discovery is not taking my request seriously ,Amanda from employee benefits promised to give me feed back however no one has called .

And to make matters worse the cell numbers that your agents are giving do not even work i.e. ***. Not to mention the condescending tone used by some of the agents that i just spoke to i.e (Amanda) since they don't even use their full names when introducing themselves .

I am extremely displeased,Angry and frustrated and this is not what i expected ,and i have dealt with other FSP's including momentum who only needed a few days to process my funds , its starting to look like discovery's intention are to NOT pay me my funds .

This is my time ,energy and education that Discovery is gambling with.
