Premium unchanged from Smoker to non smoker

We are seriously dissatisfied with the service and follow through of Discovery staff and management.

From April 2023 we have been trying to update our insurance from smoker to non-smoker. Documents have been sent numerous to times. We receive confirmation that all has been received and every month the instament remains the same.

Thando, Shevon, Kgomotso confirm receipt and all remains the same.

Please help. We wait and wait for reduced premium in line we were told it should be approx R700 less but each month nothing changes This month we did not let the premium go through as we were told from July it will be less and no surprises nothing has changed. Next we will be told we owe. We need resolution
