PREMIUM INCREASE TOO HIGH

We've had a life policy with you for over 25 years. This month, it went up by R2 000. On a R4-mill policy your premium is just under R10 000 a month. It's crazy!!!

You've lost the plot Discovery and, you've just lost another client!

Are you saying that, just to close the complaint? You have not emailed me!!!

In fact don't mail. I've cancelled the policy!!! I want people to be aware, how you just increased my policy by R2000 a month! Shocking!!!!
