<p>policy number ********** 382</p> <p>discovery life automatically added vitallity for me without my consent,when i had cancelled it january 2015</p> <p>im due for a cashback in April ,to my surprise im no longer entitled to it as i cancelled vitality,i was not told that if i remove vitality then i forfeit cashback</p> <p> </p> <p>this morning,i was debitted double.my monthly premium is R236 -but they debitted R532 x2</p> <p> </p> <p>i want my money back and i want the policy cancelled</p> <p>i have requested to speak to a manager 3 days ago,till today -he is not available.</p>
