Poor service & no communication from Discovery financial advisor

Absolutely shocking service from Discovery financial advisor, Kamal Vanmari. Amended my life policy end of November - begin December. Update was never done on my policy and i received and increase where it should have stayed the same with a higher cover.

Send Kamal emails, Whatsapp and tried to call my no response. As per previous communication Kamal takes about a month to respond.

I need a different advisor that will actually want to assist or move my policy to a different provider.
