Poor Service just trying to get the correct contract and correct charges as promised

Urgent assistance needed for Poor service

Hi All,

Please take note after 3 months now stuff is still not working correctly. I am tired of asking now and don't understand why everything needs to be fixed all the time.

Initial request in October was to join in 1 November so that I could have vitality so that I could get discount for National Virgin Active membership. 1 November came and went. Around mid November, the team got me setup with Discovery Bank account and Vitality Active which is not viable for national membership so we had to cancel that and create a new one for 1 December. 1 December came and went without the cancelation being processed so the debit order of over R300 went off. Mid December came and went and the team said they will now be able to change my account so that it is Vitality Premium. Which means new policy is for R810 and it was also confirmed multiple times that the over R300 paid previously would be used as credit for the December payment and November was cancelled.

I have tried to cancel multiple times and everytime says no but we can fix it but goodness, 3 months and it's still a disaster.

Now end December comes and I am incorrectly charged R1325 which is R500 over what I should be paying and also should actually be R800 over because of the credit that I have.

Please assist with urgency as this is 3 months of mistakes and terrible service. Please call me and do not email as I want to understand and be able to ask questions to see when this will get rectified? I will also not accept having to pay a fee for the R1325 being bounced on my Discovery bank account as i am being incorrectly charged.
