Poor Service from Discovery Life - No Care Whatsoever!
I have lodged a claim with Discovery Life after my husband passed. The claim has 3 beneficiaries of which 2 have been approved and 1 is with Legal. It has been a month since the 2 beneficiaries were approved and the 1 is with Legal for review. Week after week I make follow-up with a promise for feedback to be sent to me but to this date I have not received any feedback. In the meantime I am struggling to meet all commitments for my children and risk having them prevented from registering at their current schools for 2022 academic year. I am disappointed in how Discovery Life is conducting themselves as clearly they do not believe that their clients deserve to be treated fairly and with dignity.
