Poor service... Discovery

Extremely poor service from the accounts department at discovery life. I have been dealing with discovery life ever since I started working and was able to take on life cover but as of lately the service I'm receiving from the accounts team is pathetic... I make payments and it's is not allocated to my policy. I receive numerous letters stating my account is in areas... Even though I submitted proof of payment my account has not been credited as yet....
