Poor service and no care service from Kabelo , discovery life

I called following up on my query which is long outstanding from the 22 April 2025 and I spoke to Kabelo . And discovery has inconvenienced me and still can not access gym and my kids cant also attend their classes as an adult is required. The call was fine until he told me that I must wait for the underwriting team to revert and I asked him contact them and call me back . He acknowledged hearing me and confirmed and then he started saying ending call because of no response multiple times. Even if its true he could have call me back to continue with my query.
