Poor service

I took a funeral cover with discovery back in 2017, which is now handled by Phakama funeral services. I must say the service I have received is appalling regarding my claim, the confusion as to where to claim and Magdaline Tau promising for the manager to give me a call today, but nothing happnend. Even after explaining that I need to pay for the funeral arrangements by tomorrow morning. Discovery and Phakama are really disappointing
