Poor agent Johan Paulsen Bloemfontein

<p>Gerhard Blaauw signed over his Discovery book to Johan Paulsen on the 3/11/2004. They signed al letter confirming that the clients must be transferred to Johan Paulsen. Gerhard Blaauw informed his clients that he is a tied agent with Momentum and can only advice clients on Momentum products and that Johan Paulsen has teken over the Discovery book. Johan Paaulsen has a contract with Discovery broker code: ********** 925 and brokerhouse code ********** 956. As the new broker there was no contact made with me by him or Discovery since then to inform me of any products changes to my Life, Disability or Trauma benefits.</p> <p>On the 20 April 2016 I had a heart operation and because the new benefits was never changed Discovery informed me that I would have has a 10 % claim if the new benefits was in place.</p> <p>I feel there was a contractual agreement between Discovery Life and Johan Paulsen te keep me updated with any new benefit changes for me to be able to have changed the benefits.</p>
