Policy changes not being made

<p>Policy changes have still not been made after more than two months, after constant requests!</p> <p> <br />Policy number: Redacted</p> <p>Quote Number: ********** <br />Reference number: ********** 522</p> <p> <br />I accepted, signed and sent this signed quote back to Discovery Life (Thuli Mashiloane) on the 22/07/2016. I then asked for confirmation on the 01/08/2016 that the amedments had been made, to which Selina Reddy responded asking for the effective date, which was already mentioned on the quote, and which I responded to her with again (effective date 01/08/2016).</p> <p><br />This means that the policy changes should have been made on the 1st of August. My premium at the end of August and end of September should have been R274.82 as per the quote, but it was still the old amount of R864.65.</p> <p> <br />Please make the amendments immediately, backdated to the 01/08/2016, and please refund the balance for the incorrect August and September debit orders.</p>
