Policy

I had a miscarriage on the 19 July 2015, My husband got an policy by his work with Discovery. We filled in all the forms attached everything that we had to attached send it back to the lady that had to submit it back to discovery. No where on the policy said on how many weeks it will pay out. When we finally received feed back after two weeks we got told that they only pay out if the you are 26weeks. I was 23 weeks the back was perfect formed already an human. Why don't you people put everything on the form so that a person know how you work. Its all false, only after a person don't hear from you and start asking why we have not heard any thing yet then only a person get told that this is when we pay out and then on the feed back we get told that we can go to the ombudsman. After all the pain we went through we still have to sukkel with this. I will like to have some feed back and know why the policy is not the same as when you get to fill it in to claim. This is my unborn child that was fully develop with all its fingers and toes all it had to do is grow stronger.
