Pension fund Estate late Joseph Buys

(Pension fund nr 38179 Estate late Joseph Buys) My name is Moulene we have a claim with Discovery we have nothing but horrible service received from Discovery till today we have no idea when it will be finalized, its over ONE YEAR now, we literally have to beg for feedback we call we email but we don't get a response its like walking straight into a brick wall, more or less like a Government Department THE SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY LIFE IS VERY SICKENING,HORRIBLE and STINKS and their such a big financial institution where NON disclosure is not allowed. Yesterday I tried to follow up on the claim and called even email more than one consultant and still no response like always. We were told weeks ago it takes 3 weeks for payment and till today which is almost a month ago not hear a thing from Discovery that how sad and bad we were treated!!!!
