Payment due they can't explain on the phone

<p>Discovery admin sent an email after I cancelled the bankmed medical aid that I should pay a certain amount , they deducted after I cancelled and think they now owe me they send another email now threatening me that they will take some action and on the mail they even lie to say the tried so many times to get in contact with me to pay and they only sent one email prior the second one, I called them to ask what was the amount for and they could tell me exactly what was it for as that money was deposited to me and then reversed and same amount they say must be paid to them, they never hot back to me after the call since as they said they will investigate .</p>
