Payback Problems

My husband received notification of his payback. Proof of bank a/c was required. He has a CC and all financial transactions (both business and personal) are carried out through this account - including the payment of the DL premium every month. He does not have a private bank account as there is no need. Apparently this payment cannot be paid to a company account... but back in 2010 it was! So please advise... Must he now stand in a queue to open up a bank account to satisfy DL's needs? And then let this account lay dormant as he doesn't have a need for it? We have been emailing DL in this regard but they are taking on average 24 hours to respond, which really is unacceptable. I await your urgent reply.
