I dont understand , i cancelled in April as you didnt efdect the policy and debit sooner , i'm still getting debited and given the current Pandemic i dont have funds for the policy its not a need , it was a want ...

I want my fees paid back into my account as confirmation has been sent by you for April 2020 that the Policy is cancelled so now you have **********ly debited my account.
